  Had some one go to pick up an order for several different people. When she got back, a breakfast sandwich was missing. We called right away and someone else was able to go pick it up, however when i called, they barely apologized and offered to "send a letter with a complimentary sandwich coupon"..... I asked if we could go pick it up and she said they can't do that anymore. I asked even if there is a receipt, then she said "well I guess you can come in and I don't care if I get in trouble, just come in and get your sandwich".
  Complimentary sandwich coupon??? you mean a coupon for the sandwich I already paid for?

  I don't understand why they make you pay 27 cents for a barbecue cup. And then go and mess up your 7$ meal. Ordered a sandwich and it had everything but what I asked for.
