  Full disclosure this review is not about their food. We arrived at 6:00 pm. We had a party of 4 which included 2 small kids. We were told it would be about a 40 minute wait. We patiently waited. At 6:50 pm I asked one of the two hostesses how much longer the wait would be and I was told about 50 minutes. I politely told her we had already waited 50 minutes. The hostess said well we are busy. I understand that however, had I known that the wait would actually be 1 hour 40 minutes or more I would not have wasted my time. They need to have a better idea of wait times and let patrons know if they misjudged the time and it would be double the estimate told when checking in. We ended up leaving before getting a table because I didn't want my kids to have to wait any longer. This was a poor patron experience. I felt the hostess should have responsed better when I asked her about our wait time.

  Absolutely the worst service experience I have ever had. Being blatantly ignored by the staff is insulting and unforgivable. Over 20 minutes to get a drink order. At the bar! Another 20 minutes while at the bar and no one asked about taking a meal order while standing directly in front of us with menus in front of us. We got up and left and again no one even cared to say "Thank You". Never even tried the food and at this point never will.

  GREAT service, very friendly and attentive. AMAZING wings - best ive had for a long time. Worth the drive!
